I might be. Can you post your pics as TIFF? unable to view .xls documents.

French or German part of Helvetica?

So, you need someone to clean up these drawings? Find any graphic artist with Adobe Illustrator or Freehand. I do not have these programs. What I have may not export a printable file.

You can do it the old way buy printing each pict at 3 or 4 times the size. Then lay a transparent film over the top (acetate) trace and draw the pict with a quality techpen. Scan it back into the computer and scale it to size. Takes a bit longer.

Or do you need new drawings made?

    Hi Retro,

What's the purpose? What will the quality be that you need?
I can handle your drawings if you're interrested in proffesional illustrations or manuals for any purpose: bitmap or vector drawings for web and/or printed medium.
Just leave me a private message.
    Regards,

    Sander

Those images are available for down load from several sources, try the USCG and check out the rules of the road section. You also could scan the images directly from several books, like "Piloting and Seamanship"
