Mini 12

A few years ago there were at least three Mini 12 designs, Millimeter, Illusion,Deseption, I think they were designed to be home built. Later Gavia Yachts built them for sale in North America. I am looking for plans for any of the first three. There are several yacht clubs that race fleets of these boats, but I have not been able to find plans for any. Help please.rw.

Dont know about plans. A while back I was at a model boat regatta in St. Petersburg Fl. The models were EC12s. Someone showed up with a mini twelve on a nice trailer. It had a sign on it that said "EC12 on steroids".
The mini was for sale. I dont know who owned it.

If you want to pursue this you can find the owner by contacting Mike Zellnack. First go to net address EC12.org. Look in the supplier directory. Find Zellnack. Mike is one of the premier suppliers to that class of models. Ask him for information about the mini. He will probably know all about it.

I Hope this is useful.
