Alcastan - the main problem is that different dimensions don't sace together.

1:2 scale model would have half the length, 1/4 the area, 1/8 the displacement. This would change different wanted behaviors drastically - from righting momentum, planning characteristics to this and that.

Yea, I've been wondering that, it looks like a great idea, but once you put it on paper, everything starts falling apart....
