lorcha 150 feet

i am looking to have built a wooden vessel similar to a Lorcha (normally about 100 feet) but at 150 feet and with whatever modifications are necessary so she will sail no worse than 40 degrees off true wind. I am not interested in speed per se, only good pointing - running and reaching performance are not important.

Advice on any aspects of this project would be much appreciated.
