looking for hydro planes plans

I've seen little hydro planes on ebay and other places I'm looking for plans or maybe a hull to restore. The hulls on ebay went for around $300-500 one for $500 with 25 hp motor and trailer. The size Im looking for is something for 25-50 hp. I don't know if I'll build one, I don't know how hard it realy is I haven't ever buid a boat. I think it would be neet and somthing I don't have alot cash wraped up in, plus I can keep it in a small area.
