| Lofty idea I purchased the A.A. Apel Zephyr Hydroplane plans, but getting from these drawings to lofting them from the tables and creating working full size cut templates would involve more of a learning curve than I can manage at present. http://biblion.co.uk/books/9921764.html I like to make things. I also trust that there are people who have talents and capacity's that I can look to for support. I would like to inquire into the potential people/resources and the cost of going from the drawings and descriptions to creating the files I could take to take to KInko's to be printed and I can get on with the work of building this boat. | real as real I assume you are asking a conventional question about the credibility and authenticity of these plans. Yes, they are authentic and credible. But that still leaves the issue of competence lofting these plans and making a real boat of them. When I asked for a larger print of the plans these folks were very kind and sent larger reprints at no extra cost. Truly a 1st class operation. So, there you have it. Plans that assume that one has the experience to build up a boat with what would be more than adequate information for someone who knew what they were doing. Cheers, Bruce |
