Lines Plans

Hi guys,

just a quick one - how many sections, waterlines and buttock lines are used in a normal lines plan? Im thinking 10 waterlines and buttocks, and around 20 section lines - would this give too much or too little detail?

Cheers

James

If I draw by hand 10 sections + 6 buttocks + waterlines under water each 300 mm and each 600mm out of flotation.

Using fairing program no problem....

300 mm for a draft of 1200mm or if draft is less D/4 is enough
