K800 modifications

Here is a copy of an email sent to Kavalier 800's designer to wich i havn't yet got an answer :

Hello,

Thanks for your designs. I'm planing to build the Kavalier 800 to do some long cruises ( why not a trans atlantic cruise ). Then, here are the modifications i'm planing to add:

- lifting the headroom up to 1.8 m
- using a twin keel
- adding a bathing platform

What do you thing, and what are your advices. Also it would be great if you could send me the plans writen in english, or a link pointed to'em.
