Is it a book maybe? A video? A research paper?

J.S.D.S all above is incorrect, when I calculated the Mooring force system on Upper deck of ship (Hull Outfitting part), I saw the note: "Based on JSDS" but I don't know JSDS's mean. Maybe I think JSDS is J = Japanese, S= Standard, D., and S I don't know. But exactly that is a standard guidelines book to calculate for Mooring system (Bollard, Windlass...etc.

I think we've all learned something from this , and that is abbreviation is overused and is meaningless if the abbreviation is not first explained.

Some author when wrote the book they didn't explain the abbreviation firstly or maybe they've forgotten.

Thank you for all the help, I just got the mean of JSDS, that is Japanese Ship Design Standard. Next step, if anyone who have pdf file of that standard, please post on this forum, I will very appreciating.
