| Ooh, I might try and claim 'fire'. In terms of boats though, all boats are 'influenced' by other boats. Aside from the paint job, that there Alinghi sure did look like Emirates Team New Zealand...  |

| Arggh  Much ado about nothing. Go ahead with your boat. Trying to enforce a "patent" on an entire boat with elements that have been in common use for generations is the height of ego. Many patents are only about ego anyway.
