    Hello all:

Each year I scrutinize the K 23 from NW Marine Design. This year moreso.

I'm looking for a fast sail, a stable platform, and an easy relatively modern build. I sail in the Caribbean in somewhat sheltered waters. I've built several boats already. I have a small family, and am building another boat which will better serve picnic duty. Water access is not a problem but seasonal ramp-launching is a priority. (K23 has a lifting keel option). I am not particularly driven to race, I just enjoy fast sailing.

Please share your comments and constructive critiques based on direct or related experience.

    Thanks

    Sorted out...

Edited because we seem to have sorted things out. CT came through with helpful information which I very much appreciate.
