| Perhaps the reason it was up for auction was because it was surplus and so had been neglected? Just a possibility... I'm only familiar with Canadian authorities, who are notoriously meticulous about the condition of their equipment. Looks like quite a nice hull, you'll have a helluva nice rig once you get her outfitted to your whims.
