Hull form modification

Dear all,

I have offset table of a tug of length 28m and beam 9.5m, and i have to develop the hull form for a new variant whose length is 29.5m and beam is 8.5m
Which is the best feasible portion(of the tug) where I can modify to increase the lenght using the example(offset) that i have so that complication can be minimized?
