how to design a channel type planing boat

hello everybody:
I want to design a channel type planing boat,power is inboard engine (2x170hp) Loa--20m ,B--4.2m, D--1.15m, but i don't know how to design the hull lines, i hope somebody could help me. thanks in advance.

Sorry for an acid reply, but the problem is that you are asking for lessons on boat design, apparently starting from the scratch. Boat design is not only hull lines. Hull lines are probably just some 10% (probably less) of the work. Read this thread, on that regard: The Design Spiral, or where to start building a boat.
I think you need to buy a couple of books on boat design, study them, and then get back here with more specific questions.
This thread will give you some good hints: Recomend a Naval Architecture Textbook
Also, take a look here for texts on planing hulls (posts #12, #14, #23): Anyone have copy of 1964/1976 Savitsky papers?
