How can I reduce, more force on left site of propeller

As you know, when I design constant pitch propeller which is turning clockwise, I get more lift on the left portion of propeller. I want to design a propeller which has almost equal lift on the left and right side.
How can I find solution about that? I am thinking to put a donut shaped tube around propeller. Is it help to balance bouth side of propeller?

Thank you for your helps

If you haven't already read it, I think you would find David Gerr's Propeller Handbook interesting and fairly helpful to get started.

Two things you can try, reduce shaft angle and contraguide your sternpost to equalize your flow to the propeller, desperate measures would be a propeller hub bulb,a beavertail or a nozzel

Outside of repealing the Newton's first law, there is probably nothing you can do to the propeller itself that will eliminate the normal and inevitable torque reaction. Redirecting the water thrust coming off the prop will probably do the job but will reduce overall efficiency due to the extra drag created.
