houseboat project started

Purpose:
built for southern inland waters
highway trailerable (pontoon)
lightweight
electric propulsion
solar panel
This is what I need a little advice with.
Pontoons will be retracted from 13' to 10' for occasional trailering.
Using marine square aluminum tubing what gauge and size should be used to support estimated weight of deck and house of 5200lbs.
