Holt's "Ideal" dinghy

I recently bought a book “Build and sail your own boat” by Norman Dahl, which is really about the building of Jack Holt’s “Ideal” dinghy, a 12’ 3” general purpose pram, used in the Ulster TV series of the same name in the mid-1970s.

While the book provides a body plan and offset table, it is assumed you have bought the kit. I’ve asked the Holt Group whether they still have the line drawings to build it from scratch. The HG discontinued their boat building many years ago and has suggested I try the boat building forums.

This post is made for any information anyone might, e.g. station distances, line drawings, deck plan, to enable me to loft the design.

Cheers
Chris
