hexagon pontoon displacement?

Hexagon - 18" sides
2 Pontoons - 37 feet ea.
Will they (pontoons) support 9000 lbs total boat/load at half submerged?
Hope someone has a quick little program to do this math for me.
Regards
Herbert

You need the cross sectional area for your hex in sq ft and muliply by 37 for the cu ft of one pontoon, then multiply by 62.5 if it's fresh water.

With two pontoons this answer will give you the mid -submerged weight.

I make it 13,518 lbs, but check it out yourself as well.
