Modern designers do not tend to publish their lines diagrams in the public domain. However the older designers did, you can find full lines drawings in many books featuring the older designers. I would recommend giving the scretary of the Singapore yacht club a call. They should be able to help.
Alternatively if you can describe exactly what sort of hullshape you are looking for then someone here may have some lines they can furnish you, but you need to specify a lot more information.
Good luck

Go to the Royal Inst of Naval Arch. site, and send an email to them and ask about buying a copy of the subject Maritime Technology Monograph.

Also, go on line to some engineering college libraries and try to find out who has it. You might also go by a local NA firm or shipyard and ask. There are plenty of people who do this kind of thing in Singapore and will have a copy of this reference.
