any metalworker with the right tools can bend square/rectangular tubing just as easy as round...

you need a square tubing bending tool or jig. the size depends on the size of the tube stock you will be bending. for large radius bends with square material you can build a jig, one example shown here: http://metalgeek.com/archives/2005/05/01/000047.php if it's a smaller radius bend you'll likely need a tool, which can be purchased a variety of places- google "bend square tube". if you dont think you can build your own jig, it'll probably be cheaper to bring your material to a metalshop and have it bent vs buying a tool.
