| hardtop for cat hi annyone built a hardtop? i am planning to build a hardtdp to replace my biminy top. i have a 38 ft catamaran and the top will be 7 1/2 by 12 1/2. it has to be light weight and strong enough to walk on. i was planning to use 5/8 divinycell h80 foam for a core with 2 layers of1808 s glass on top and bottom. i am wondering what additional support will be required to span between the vertical supports used at four points two in front and back. if annyone has plans or has built one similar i could use the advise jt Last edited by captjohn360 : 12-05-2004 at 09:33 PM.
