Guest and Crew requirements for Tender/Pleasure Cat

Hi,

for a final year university project i am designing a 38 ft multifunctional Catamaran to be used as a tender for a superyacht, but also to be used as a pleasure craft for taking out for small day trips.

I need to find out some user requirements from people who know the industry better than myself of definate necessities, and qualities that people would like to see.

Ideally i could use opinions from both crew and owners/guests.
