GRP passenger cat OR AL passenger cat?

hi all.
I decided to build a small catamaran passenger ship, about 40- 45 pax.but i exactly don know what kind of material should be choose? and more over i found only a few samples have built ever! to extract optimum dimensions. i 'd be obliged to help me somebody about it.
