good cad program??

getting ready to learn cad for hulls any good programs for the novist for around $400.
and is it somthing i can add on more programing as i get better
looking to build fast hulls deep-v and cats
all intended for off shore racing

multisurf, or rhino3d, you will be able to do your own programs in this ones i'm quite sure

it a bugger to fig out how to set cl and stations not much help in file
