gennaker sail design help

I am looking for someone to help me design a gennaker sail that will furl on a CDI spinnaker furler and a sock/cover made of uv resistant material that will either slide up or down the gennaker so that the gennaker can stay in place during the season.

I would like a flat cut gennaker designed to be effective from 70 to 135 degrees.

Can anyone recommend somebody qualified to do this?

My boat is a 34 Fisher by Northshore Yachts.
