Fuel Tanks.

    I zoomed in on the full size pic. You're right. Can't say if that particular hose stayed after the boat was commissioned though but they are definitely the diesel tanks.

    You can see the fresh water tank cross connected here and the waste tanks are the same but they're cross connected from the top.
