The standard tests in the US for single skin laminate properties are as follows:
Flexural Strength & Modulus ASTM D790
Tensile Strength & Modulus ASTM D638 or D3039
Compressive Strength & Modulus ASTM D695 or D3410

The standard tests for a sandwich comppsite are ASTM C393.
