I know ISO requirements for small craft freeboard. Are there any smal lcraft freeboard regulations? And how they are related to Load Lines regulations for big ships. Give links, if any. Thanks...

That would be up to your national regulatory agencies. In Canada, there are a number of equations used to calculate hull load based on hull shape and volume; we base our load for small craft on one-fifth of the static float plane volume. The minimum freeboard is not expressly stated; ISO requirements are best to go with if you think they are applicable.
The behaviour of a small craft is quite different from that of a large ship. As far as I know, the load lines on commercial vessels bear no relationship to the freeboard on small craft- indeed, if you tried to use the same equations, your small boat would be swamped within minutes of leaving the harbour.
