free board length.

today one of our teacher have given me a task to do. it is-
he said to collect information about standard freeboard length in a cargo vessel
he told me that;;;;; you take 25 m as the length of a cargo vessel and assign a depth and breath. and now tell me what sould be the amount of free board and draught according to ILLC
I really dont know about that,,,,,,,,,,,, would you please help me by your informations???? please reply to my question.

Which textbooks are you using? One of them should have this information in it.... if not, I would be asking questions about where my tuition money was going.

Not to mention it would elevation that would be the measurement.
