i am naval architecture student doing my final year project .wat framing system shud b adopted for a hydrofoil craft of 23 metre length...transverse or longitudinal

What hydorfoil planform? Analyize the primary lift forces in flying mode and the skin pressure at takeoff speed and you have your answer.
