NDA's are the most difficult things to construct properly. My recommendation after writing many NDA's at old job.... Keep your mouth shut until filed.

I was able to reopen my mouth on 7/31/2014.

    How about this boat idea?

It does seem to be different, although there is an exception listed under 'International Exhibitions'. What I posted is confusing because the first sentence says you can't and the second says you can. I have a feeling that depending on paying different 'fees', the rules are flexible.

The idea behind the british legislation is, if you did it public in first nobody can argue is not yours the original idea.
Frogger this last boat you posted is impractical, no room to put the orange juice.

Frankly, I see them more useful as joyfully colored flapping dust showels.
    But anyways, good luck.

Isn't it against the forum rules to do blatant commercial ads on this site?
    Why isn't this removed?

This thread is like a horrible car crash I cant take my eyes off of, yet somehow extremely entertaining.

Is that duct tape on the edge of the paddles?

I thought I posted earlier but I guess I didn't hit the button. Anyway, with Christmas season coming up is a good time to sell stuff. Good luck!
