a tinny with a jet ski engine would still be pretty light.

I don't know if you have Sea Ray boats down there, I had an old 96 Sea Raider, 80hp mecr. It's the small jet boat seats 4. A pedestal seat made it a great fishing platform. Very shallow draft. With any jet you need to watch where you go as small gravel will get sucked up and eat the impeller. I sold mine for $1,500.

im really looking for aluminium as my uncle has a sugar sand jet boat and has put heaps of logs threw the hull as its fibreglass.
