Yes, they did a boat design in cooperation with Fabio Buzzi, I believe. This happend somewhere in '98 or thereabouts.
Check it up. Must have details somewhere.

The Ferrari boats was build by Tullio Abbate. The Sea Cop Racing,
Around -85 The Ferrari Boxer and around 95 the Ayrton Senna 42 Edition.
The FB boat come later with the big Wing on top.
