Fast Boat design

Guys, i am new. What do u think is the best disign for a styrofoam boat that will go very fast(move easily through the water). The boat is supposed to be 12.5 cm long, 7.5 cm wide and 5 cm high

For a school project, why not take a dozen pieces of foam carved into a variety of hull shapes and do some controlled 'mini' tank testing with the given power source?
