| Probably a lot more than 300W for a burst of a minute or so, then easing off again in the quiet water. Here's a photo of a triple scull, and a photo of the Bonn Boat Club setting up the boats. They really do row up-stream - it's hard work, but still easier than carrying the boat back. ![]() |
