Eco 7 multihull

Has anyone built this boat?
I'm looking for a fairly fast yet easily managable cat to cruise in the San Juans (WA). Any comments on the relative merits of this design would be greatly appreciated.
I also have a wife and 3yr, 6yr old who would be on the boat as well.
Here's a link for the specs.
