Downeast type hulls

What would a 28 to 31 boat weight. average. I saw a coastal that weighed 13000 lbs . Is that a lot. or should it be about 8000 lbs or so..

It depends from engine type (gas or diesel) and material.
8.8 m length boat equipped with 1 diesel + stern drive 250 bhp has a weight of 4300 kg. abt.
