Double hull barge design

I am seeking designs and plans for building a double pontoon barge, to be powered by an outboard motor.
Carrying capacity around 2000 to 3000 kg.
GRP over foam, with flat deck between the pontoons.
To be used on calm waters to transport construction materials to an island.
Once construction is complete, I would like to add a super-structure and use as a house-boat / day cruiser.

If anyone has any information I would greatly appreciate.
Best Regards,

Fred Daly
