Does anyone know where we can find partners for our power boat production facility?

We currently have standing orders for our boats, and require business partners with capital to invest with us in the production of our models. We are prepared to pay a large share of the profits to our partners, as well as offering them production prices for our products.

If anyone knows of a source, or is interested in discussing the benefits of this partnership in further detail, please feel free to contact me directly at carbonboats@yahoo.com

If you have standing orders, may I suggest a bank? A "factoring loan" based on the current value of your inventory and equipment as collateral is usually the cheapest financing one can secure. Also, Caterpillar will finance vessels that use their power and their terms are quite favorable.

Thank you for your response.

I have discussed financing options with several banks, and they all seem to be of the same opinion, that the current situation does not fit within their lending criteria. That is the reason that we are prepared to offer partners a stake in the business as well as multiple other benefits such as products at cost, a share in the profits, and tax advantages through our business structure.

I will look into Caterpiller, however, their power equipment maybe to large for our model range, which is 18' - 38'.
