design help

Hi I am in the initial panning stage to move up from my 20 ft alloy cuddy cabin with outboard to a 26 ft - 35ft power launch. i do not like flybridge designs. I am looking for something i could do 2-3 nights on, economical, good cockpit space for fishing, stable with good sea keeping abilities. i do mostly coastal boating but would like to go further a field. any help would be great. ps. i have a budget fairly tight budget
