dependence of Wake fraction on ship speed,

I am studyin on how ship speed affects the value of wake fraction. My concern is how the wake fraction w varies for diffrent speed of a ship , I need a good previous study or paper on this so that i can have a light upon this.
Please help my by giving some information or papers on it,

Try
Schneekluth and Bertram "Ship Design for Efficiency and Economy", 1998, Butterworth and Heinemann. They give several empirical formulae for w in simple ship designs.
