D&D Outboard Brackets

I'm ready to purchase a outboard bracket. I narrowed my selection to D&D Marine, Don Breland the owner is very accessible. I like the small company, the ability to discuss and use his years of experience.
I did a search on this site and found many inputs regarding different brands/manufactures. Many of the posting are 2-3 years old, before I sign and contact and send the funds I wanted to do one more verification/check.

Any input on D&D Marine Outboard Brackets? Has anyone had a bad experience with a bracket made by D&D Marine?

Thank You!
