| Only you can decide that. It all depends upon the SOR and area of operation. Unless the yard or client has a preference of one Class over another, for whatever reason... |

| If the pretended use of the boat is recreational and it is wanted to be commercialized within the EU, you have mandatorily to follow the RCD (only). Cheers. |

| If you intend it only for recreational use follow the RCD. If you intend it to be used commercially (passengers for hire) Then the MCA rules apply
