Cardboard Canoe

Hello again everybody!

It has been over a year since my last post. I built the lapstrake sailing dinghy with all of your help. I have started a second boat albeit a quick and haphazard design. My son's Boy Scout troop is participating in a cardboard canoe competition in our local area. It only has to travel 50 yards carrying two boys paddling. I used the knowledge I gleaned from everyone here who advised me when I started "CHARLOU" two years ago. I am using heavy duty cardboard from furniture containers and gluing the "planks" together with polyurethane "foam in a can". So far it seems to be working out well. The proof will be the race itself.

Attached are some pics of the construction so far.
