Carbon helm wheel calculations

Hi, im going to make a carbon wheel over 170g/m3 epoxy foam core but im not sure about the streght of the wheel.. I think that the ISO-standard says that carbon wheels have to resist at least 750Nm hit on the ring (or actually it has to resist it at least 3-5 times cannot remember)..

Im going to build a wheel with diameter of 1000mm with 3 y-spokes.
if someone can help me to calculate the strengths of the wheel i'd be more than happy. And ofcourse how much (and what type of carbon would it need)

Thanks
