Calculating Lift

I'm designing a boat with canard hydrofoils (both fore and aft foils are surface piercing). Right now, I'm looking at the following website to calculate lift:

http://www.hydrofoils.org/

The formulas I am looking at are under the link "Foil Lift" on the left side of the page. I know all of the terms, except for "f," which is the normalized profile camber. Does anyone know what this term is or how to calculate it? Thanks for the help.
