Cad-Cam steel-cutting plan

IN NEED OF HELP!!!
I, am a traditional ship designer, and did design a steel ship, for a Dutch (non-profit) Foundation. At this moment, this foundation, with all lack of any funds, is on the lookout for a Cad-Cam designer who will be able to transfer my original design into a Computer design, with incorporated, a steel sheet cutting (in code)programme. I, have a almost complete plan, so we would be very greatfull iff someone would be able to help this Foundation, for free, or at minimum expenses.
Our Foundation cliënts would be very greatfull.

Iff possible please write in Dutch, or in English.
