| Is essentially the hours spend on the forming of the plates, material costs can be detemined pretty accurate. Hours spend are dictated by the complexity of the shape, if you have no experience in forming and the hours it takes, you can't make an estimate. An other option is to ask for quotations on the bulbous bow at other companies.
