building a 10ft wooden boat

hi all new here today thought i would come and look for some ideas
im building a 10ft boat at the mo have a look at my website ive put together with my pics, iv been working on it for a bit now but want to get her in the water asap

It is amazing that ingenious and determined folks can produce great looking boats in spartan conditions.

What kind of plywood is your boat made of?
What size outboard motor?

Can't wait to see her in action on the water!
