    Hello...

Well - that is not true - they are very important...

When you get snowed in and cannot physically go to work - thank God for our satellites - and the Internet...

We have come a long way Baby...

See - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vvAVJTQeFiQ - relax - mother Earth and the Gods are here with us - laughing at our grand bits of clumsy interpretation and response to the world given to us...

At times we shine - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iT88jBAoVIM - the sun goes down over there - then it comes up again over there...

    Ditto Steboe.
The Christmas Day forecast so far is
Early morning showers, clearing to a fine and mainly sunny day. Winds south to southwesterly averaging up to 20 km/h.

City Shower or two. Min16 Max23
None of this white Christmas stuf down here.

We're at -3 C today, hovering between -10 and 0 for the next week. And snow, enough of it to get some decent white Christmas pictures, but it's coming in small enough flurries that I've only had to help push one car out of its parking spot this week.

Sean, here's hoping your normal West Coast weather returns and you can get back to work.... wait, did I say that? Nah, here's hoping you get a good white Christmas with a metre of the fluffy stuff blocking all roads except the ones to the, ahem, 'important' stores :)
